A dual action item from the Minor & Female Committees for 2026 was to offer rules sessions in advance of the Provincial Championships

As a reminder, each team (11U-16U) attending Provincials will need to have a representative at both the pitch count session and their division session to compete at Provincials. This was communicated in the 2026 Baseball NL Manual. We would also request that Tournament Hosts attend their divisional specific session, along with any umpires that you may feel would benefit.
